Eric Hankins

Eric joined the staff at The Bath Church in January of 2023. He has been in professional ministry in various capacities since 2011 and has led musical worship, worked with students and young people, and overseen technical teams at different times throughout his three-church career.

He cares deeply about stewarding the Christian tradition in a way that serves justice, beauty, and wholeness. Eric lives in Clinton with his wife, April, two young daughters, Juniper and Azalea, and two small pups, Biscotti and Cannoli. In his significantly reduced free time since becoming a dad, he likes to read, exercise, hike, listen to podcasts, and work in the yard and garden. Eric was born and raised in the Akron-area and his sports allegiances reflect this.

If you were to ask Eric about his greatest achievement in the right company, he might say that it was his 2022 championship of the Captain’s Cup fantasy football league.
